A quick way I like my kudu chops. I marinate then overnight in wholegrain mustard and worcester sauce to help tenderize it. I like a wood fire but whatever fire you cook over, make sure its super hot. I spice them with garlic powder, smoked paprika, steak and chops spice and a bit of cayenne pepper. Cook them hot and fast and I baste with my homemade barbeque sauce. Quick, easy and delicious.
