Ingredients

- 1 kg Impala ribs
- DRY RUB INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 tsp BBQ spice
- 6 tsp Six gun grill
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp turmeric
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 mild peri sauce
- 1/4 fruit chutney
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 2 tsp butter
Steps
- Mix all of the dry ingredients to make a dry rub, then rub it on the ribs.. allow to marinate for 30 minutes thereafter
- Preheat oven to 180 and get the ribs to roast for 2 and half hour, check if they are cooked your preferred way, well done, juicy and tender and cut them for serving
- Mix all the wet ingredients to make a sauce and baste all the ribs, have them roast again for roughly 30 minutes
- Ready to serve
Six tablespoons of sugar for how many kilograms of the ribs? Are the ribs not going to be too sweet?
