Ingredients
4 servings
- 1 kg springbok ribs
- Dry rub
- 4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 tsp BBQ spice
- 6 tsp Six gun grill
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp tumeric
- Sauce
- 1/4 mild peri sauce
- 1/4 fruit chutney
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 2 tsp butter
Steps
- Mix of the dry ingredients to make a dry rub, then rub it on the ribs.. allow to marinate for 30 minutes thereafter
- Preheat oven to 180 and get the ribs to roast for 2 and half hour, check if they are cooked your preferred way, well done, juicy and tender and cut them for serving
- Mix all the wet ingredients to make a sauce and baste all the ribs,have them roast again for roughly 30 minutes
- Ready to serve
