Boneless pieces of game meat

For marinade: Garlic, Olive Oil, Bay leaves

Coarse salt


Slice up your meat into large blocks – Kudu or any game meat works well.

Marinade your meat for one hour before braai in glaric, olive oil and add bay leaves.

Place the pieces of meat on skewers/ sosatie sticks. You can also add onions, tomatoes, peppers.

Braai over HOT coals until medium rare. While you’re braaiing, add coarse salt and extra marinade.
