Venisons Co customer Sam is cooking CROCODILE!! Here’s his recipe:

“I dice 1 red onion, 1 small garlic, green and yellow pepper, coriander and some basil, 1 tomatoes and a chilli. Fry them in vegetable oil. On the side I spice the crocodile meat with some meat spice  and then put into the fried mixture. After about 10 mins I add a half cup of water. Cook for about 20 mins. Cover and leave to simmer. Goes very well with basmati rice or pap.”
