INGREDIENTS

Crocodile body/ tail around 250g per person

1 onion

Additional vegetables of your choice eg. carrots, green beans, potatoes

Chicken stock

Aromat

INGREDIENTS FOR MIXTURE ADDED TOWARDS END

Beer 100ml

Wine 50ml

Coka 150 ml

Water 200ml

Apricot Jam 1 teaspoon

Brown onion soup 1 packet

Vegetable soup half packet

INSTRUCTIONS

Add crocodile meat to boiling water with some aromat and chopped onions. Remove from water while still undercooked & pink and chop into blocks.

Take your potjie or other cast iron pot and fry onions until golden brown. Then, add the crocodile meat and fry together with the onions. Next, add vegetables of your choice and fry a little. Then, add around 500ml of chicken stock and cook slowly on a very low heat.

Add additional water so that all the meat is covered. Then slowly add the Mixture until the sauce is as thick as you want it. You don’t have to add all the sauce.
